Facility Usage

• The facility is open to all individuals regardless of skill level, age, or experience.
• Bookings for courts must be made in advance, either online or through the reception desk.
• Patrons must adhere to their allocated booking times to avoid disruptions.
  
  

Code of Conduct

• Respect all players, staff, and other patrons at all times.
• Unsportsmanlike behavior, including offensive language or aggression, will not be tolerated.

• Fair play is encouraged in all matches.
  

Safety 

• Players must wear appropriate sports attire, including non-marking indoor shoes or bare feet.
• Jewelry, watches, and other sharp objects must be removed before playing.
• Any injuries or safety concerns must be reported to staff immediately.

Court Rules 

• Courts are to be used only for volleyball or other approved activities.
• Food and drinks (other than water) are not permitted on the courts.
• Climbing on nets or equipment is strictly prohibited.

Payment & Refunds  

• All payments for bookings or events must be made in advance.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or credit.
• Refunds may not be provided for no-shows.

Children & Minors 

• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Specific children’s programs may require parental consent forms to be completed.

Alcohol & Smoking  

• Alcoholic beverages are only permitted in designated areas and must be purchased from the venue (if licensed).
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the facility and within 5 meters of entrances.

Property & Equipment 

• Patrons are responsible for their personal belongings. The facility is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Any damage to equipment or property caused by negligence or misuse may result in fees or bans from the venue.

Event & Tournament Policies

• Registrations for tournaments must be submitted by the advertised deadline.
• All teams are required to check-in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match.
• Tournament rules and schedules will be provided prior to the event.

Food & Beverage 

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless previously approved by management.
• Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the facility

Cleanliness & Hygiene 

• Patrons must dispose of trash in the bins provided.
• Sand from courts should be brushed off before entering other areas of the facility.
• Shower facilities should be used responsibly, and personal items must be removed after use.

Photography & Social Media 

• Photography and video recording are permitted but must not disrupt games or invade others' privacy.
• Images taken at the facility may be used for promotional purposes, but consent from individuals is required for direct identification.

Weather Policy 

• The facility remains open during inclement weather unless deemed unsafe (e.g. power outages or extreme weather warnings).

COVID-19 & Public Health 

• Patrons must follow any government-mandated health regulations, including vaccination or mask requirements, if applicable.
• Anyone feeling unwell is encouraged to stay home and reschedule their booking.

Disputes & Complaints  

• Any disputes on the court should be resolved amicably. Staff may intervene if necessary.
• Complaints or suggestions can be submitted to management for review.
